We are seeking a motivated and experienced Self Publisher of Books to join our team of Book Self Publishing Company UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in self-publishing, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping authors succeed. This role involves overseeing the entire publishing process, from manuscript preparation to final publication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide authors through the self-publishing process.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and marketers to ensure high-quality publication.
- Review and approve book designs, layouts, and proofs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote self-published books.
- Assist authors with eBook and print book distribution across various platforms.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to authors throughout the publishing journey.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in self-publishing or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the self-publishing process and industry standards.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital publishing tools and platforms (e.g., Amazon Kindle, IngramSpark).
